Multi-Temperature Cold Storage System

This large-scale poultry processing facility integrates slaughtering, pre-cooling, cutting, quick freezing, and cold storage into one complete production chain.

The project features the country's first double spiral freezer and supports approximately two-thirds of the domestic poultry market while also serving export demand.

Five independent cold storage rooms and low-temperature workshops provide precise temperature control from -40℃ to 15.5℃, ensuring optimal conditions throughout the processing workflow.

The project received national recognition and was officially inaugurated by the country's president, becoming a benchmark for modern poultry processing in the region.

Annual Capacity: 5,000 Tons

Designed for berry processing, the project utilizes advanced fluidized bed freezing technology to achieve true individual quick freezing (IQF).

Rapid freezing at -35℃ minimizes product damage while preserving appearance, texture, and nutritional value.

The automated control system supports continuous large-scale production with reduced energy consumption and lower labor requirements.

The solution is ideal for blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and other high-value fruits destined for domestic and export markets.

The customer is one of the country's most established ice cream and chocolate manufacturers with nationwide distribution channels.

CBFI supplied a complete edible ice production solution capable of manufacturing cup ice, tube ice, and cube ice within a highly automated production environment.

The hygienic design ensures food-grade ice quality while significantly reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.

The project has enabled the customer to expand rapidly into the growing packaged edible ice market.
